4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any payment method).

• Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and funds may be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit applies, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳20,000.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• A 10x wagering requirement applies on bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not added together with the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of attempting to claim free bonuses, misuse, or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

• Bronze tier — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold tier — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• VIP tier upgrades depend on regular and active participation on the platform.
• dhk8 reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on dhk8 are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG) and are not subject to any external influence.

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed within the game itself.
• If a game is left incomplete due to technical failure or network disconnection, dhk8 will take action in accordance with the game log.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be considered void.
• The maximum betting limit is set according to each game's own rules.
• In the event of a cancelled event in cricket and sports betting, the staked amount will be refunded.

7 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
